after completion of a 2 years diploma course at a Tafe in Commercial cookery? would you start of as assisting a chef?? I also would like to know what would be minumum wages after you finish this course? Please Help!!

Around 15 to 20 dollars an hour day on a low paying cafe jobs plus shift allowance15%loading afternoon shift and 25% loading working night shift, You'd clear AU$ 1,200 plus penalitys or even more after tax doing chef work in some places probably close to $1100 plus a week doing catering work. around Sydney some high class restaurant businesses will pay up to $1500 plus percent of weekly profit.
