Sorry Mystery, i would never eat Turkey the poor things haha
i eat chicken but i had a pet rooster when i was 10 & my brother cut its head off for xmas *sigh* & i never ate chicken till i was 22 yrs old so turkeys are too cute xoxoxox

There is a little pillow of meat on the turkey back in a little indentation on either side of the spine. Those are the best 2 bites on the bird.

The wing and the back -- the back is what has been on the bottom of the roasting pan and is moist and juicy and has lots of flavor. Yum-O.

I'm usually the one carving the bird, and I go for the dark meat, as much as I don't like to admit it.
