Yeah it's kind of gross, but we all gotta do it. I'm a bit backed up, and instead of using Ex-Lax to flush things through, I need something that will TOTALLY flush my intestines clean in one fell swoop. Years ago, a pharmacist at a local grocery store told me to get this over the counter stuff in a green bottle that you just drank the whole thing - forgot what it was called, but it tasted rather tart. Anyway, less than 5 minutes after I drank that thing, I was praying to God to make it all stop, but it flushed me out completely.

I'm looking for something like that, but more effective, or if not, then that same thing again. I just can't remember the name. Can anybody help me out here? (OTC only please - thanks!)

I have the perfect solution for you. Go to a Walgreens and pick up some Magnesium Sulfate. It sounds like that is what you used last time. I got the cherry and did not tast that bad. 4 hours later - OMG!! Bar the door and clear the bathroom door. 6 hours later it was like someone pulled the plug on a couple gallons of water - it ran out like there was a firehouse back there. The next morning - the effects were gone.

It was Fleets liquid. You can buy it over the counter, it should be by the enemas or the laxatives. It will definately do the trick. My suggestion is drink 1/2 the bottle and wait....to run to the bathroom. You should be able to tell if you are cleaned out or not. If not then drink the other 1/2. Sometimes, you don't need the whole bottle to do the trick.

As for laxatives, Miralax and Mineral Oil are good daily laxatives to use.

It is called Fleet - if we are thinking of the same thing...

Also, there are a lot of people into colonics. You might want to try that if you have some spare cash laying around, cuz I know it isn't cheap...
