My absolute favorite is Clinique High Impact and Benefit Bad Gal Lash mascara. Both are great for lengthening and separating lashes.

I have many friends who are make-up artists as I went to a Fashion School which has courses in Fashion and TV make-up. Everyone has told me that the one area you can use regular drug store brands is when purchasing mascara. L'oreal and Maybelline are the best.
Here are some good mascara tips:
To avoid clumpiness and bacteria build up, you should replace your mascara every month.
Use a tissue every time you apply mascara, wipe the brush in one clean sweep in between the napkin using your fingers.
To make eyelashes look fuller, coat the top and bottom side of your top eyelashes.
Black mascara closes your eye, while Brown mascara opens your eye.

I have really long lashes anyways, and I use Covergirl Lash Exact mascara. It's only about $6 a tube from Walmart or Target, and I've had it since last Christmas, so it lasts a while. I've always had problems with mascara making my lashes look clumpy, and other mascaras never separated or defined my lashes very well, but this mascara separates and defines my lashes great! I love this stuff!

My current favorite that I'm recommending to everyone I know CoverGirl Lash Blast. It makes your lashes look just like the girls in the magazines. It comes in a bright orange tube and costs about seven bucks. For a high-end brand, my current favorite is Estee Lauder Projectionist. Both mascaras give long, think lashes without clumps.

I use an eyelash curler (they last forever and they are cheap!!), and then I use Anna Sui DX Full Mascara... I love it. It isn't too liquidy and doesnt smell weird like some mascaras. I suggest it...it lasts a long time!! (I've been using it for 9 months, and hasnt dried out. But you should change your mascara more often than that... i think i head that somewhere)
Good luck!!

i love badgal by benefit.
The big brush will lushly cover lashes in one stroke defining them longer, thicker, and curvier. This one is very similar to Dior's Diorshow mascara. I love how this one was very easy to apply in light gentle strokes that didn't clump or create a spider leg eyelash effect, it was more like a curvy, long stemmed lashes that didn't stick together. It was a powder cream texture one a brush that easily coated each eyelash rather than just gloss it and have no building effect.

Cover Girl Volume Exact, but before you use ANY mascaraa.. u'll only get good results if you curl your eye lashes first.. it not only makes your eye lashes curly and cuter<3 but it also makes mascara's job alot easier.. therefor when u put on your mascara.. u will have a better result :D but Cover Girls - Volume Exact Mascara is a really good masara.. it curls, defines and lenthens your lasher, and i suggest you use the waterproof kindd.

I love Maybelline Define -a-Lash. It works really well to shape, define, thicken, and lengthen. And if that doesn't do what you want go to any makeup company's website and you can take a survey that will give you products that will work for you. Hope that helps!
