Or should England stick with McClaren instead?

All coaches need time to work with a team however McLaren is sadly lacking in ability, tactical play and leadership. In this case he should go. He has not provided a result yet that has looked confident. Yes there are injuries but his selections leave me speechless. The FA are outdated and pompous. Some heads need to roll from there too. I don't know who should take over. But they need to have passion, respect from the players and some proven International credentials. Some say it has to be an English Manager, I don't 100% concur with that concept . It's an International game and England need someone who understands that and can bring that to the pitch in combination with the parts of the English game that work well.

I don't support "sack your manager if he fails" kind of trend. A few months coaching then big games and when they lost the manager gets the boot!? How will the team grow and become strong for next game preparation?

I think Mclaren should stay and find solutions. His comment after their lost against Croatia shows that he has the right mentality.

But, it is up to the English FA to decide. And should he be sack (and by the way things are in England right now- he will be sack anyway) England need someone who can manage Team England better than previous manager.
I would pick a someone who as fiery as Roy Keane, a great motivator as Mourinho, and great eye for talent and bringing the best out of a player as Wenger.

They need more than a coach. They need players with talent and a desire to win.

The next coach should not be "one from the bottle". He should be "A special one".....
