Yep. My biggest one ever - I've done the "day before" prep stuff, including the dry rub of the turkey.I'm afraid I'm a bit of a tyrant in the kitchen - I insist on doing everything myself. Well, OK, I'll let someone peeel the potatoes, but... I'm gonna be a busy gut tomorrow, but when it's all done I'm gonna knock back a few drinks and sleep the sleep of the just. Hapy and safe Holiday (with one 'L") to all!

YES I AM. I'm doing the turkey, the stuffing, the mashed potatoes, the corn casserole, and a really neat appetizer, a chicken jalapeno bacon thing, and I just got all the stuff assembled and in the fridge.
