-Always take your vitamins
-You'll never have "enough" money to do anything. You'll always "need" more
-Parents are people too. They aren't magical people who have everything and know everything.

-Money isn't everything
-Vegemite is gross until you get used to it

To never take anything for granted. Every day is a new challenge, good or bad. We're here one day and then we can be gone. If you love someone, tell them. If you wait it can be to late. Life is just to short to not appreciate it. I make sure when I talk to my son or someone else in the family or friends I always tell them I love them just before hanging up the phone. Call me mushy, but that's just the way I feel and I am. When they're gone and you never see them again you know that they were loved before leaving this plane of existence. I also believe in the after life, so I know they new how I felt.

I believe that to do something, basically bite the damn bullet. Or if it's consecutive (like f'ing HS), just pretty much brainwash yourself into doing it. Trust me. I hate doing it but it worked. I learned that love is very similar to insanity. I learned the only person you can depend on is yourself. I learned that I should not be as afraid of what I know as of what I do not know. I learned that one day, when you find that beautiful girl you looked for, and no body even compares, fate will just love to f*ck you over. I learned that we have made our decision before it comes, whether we know it or not. I learned that the only way to win is to know where the battle will happen, and be prepared to meet your enemy, as well as conditioning (metaphorically from Art of War). I learned that who I show in public is not who I am. I tell everyone that I am like all hardcore and ****, but I just don't want anybody to come in. I have trust issues. Nobody's perfect, either.

The most valuable lesson i have learnt so far is that people and their attitudes keep changing. Don't judge anyone.
Don't miss any opportunity that comes your way. God knows what is best for us. Dont plan too much. That means swimming against the stride which is more difficult. Who knows what's in store for us?

Try not to take things so seriously. Everyone is not out to get you - most of the time.

Money is helpful, but it is not everything.

Possessions are not everything

If it works, use it. If it's broken, get rid of it.

Your mother and father were right. About 80% of the time.

Keep the good ones, toss the bad.

You have little to no control over the world you live in, but its better to go through life thinking that you do. Happiness and a sense of control is often rooted in the ability to subconsciously lie to yourself.

One thing for sure is never let out foul wind in a crowded small elevator. The other thing is never fall for that line, " come on, just try it one time, it can't hurt you just once, just one puff." Or that thing about trying one small beer or some other alcoholic beverage for the first time. It just might be the best decision in your life if you refuse, or your worse if you agree........
