I am barefoot most of the time when I am at home. I used to run barefoot a lot when I was younger, Once I left my shoes at my mothers house and I didn't even know it. She waited 2 weeks and called me and said hey did you forget something, she had to tell me I left my shoes. I was 21 years old. I am over 40 and I own 4-5 pair of shoes in my closet my husband has 20-25 pairs. I would rather be barefoot.

I havent done that in a long, long time. I have been so busy with the holidays coming up, and everything. I think when the next rain comes in, I am going to mark it on my calendar, and make it a point to go and run in the rain bare-footed. It gives you a certain amount of freedom, and you cast your worries aside.
