How can you tell when a girl has a crush on you? And do you even care?

what are the signs that guys pick up on or signs that guys take as you liking them.

and im a girl so i dont know.
but i know looking, when the look at you you keep contact for a short second then look away and smile is defenitly showing them you like them.

I care. If nothing else, I don't want to hurt anyone's feelings by rejecting them as badly--with as much meanness and cruelty--as I was by others. And it would help if I *did* know if someone had a crush on me or was attracted to me, but...

I can't tell anymore. Really. I don't know how to read women anymore. I spent my college years in the late 1980s to early and mid 1990s....and this was the time when, on college campuses, the women in their 20s really started to crack down and get mean about men "invading their space", because they thought that the academic feminists would have their backs. I'm not saying it's right or wrong, just that I've been rejected on sight more times than I can count. I've had too many people say I look threatening even when I wasn't *remotely trying* to be such.

So I don't know anymore. I don't. It's just too much hassle really. It's not worth the trouble most days to risk being called sexist, or a player, or a stalker, for *no reason* at all whatsoever. I really try not to even *look at* women from the neck down if I can help it at all....better safe than sorry.

So I'm sorry, but I can't tell how or when or even *if* women get crushes anymore. But I admit I'm not typical....I've been burnt on that issue a few *dozen* times.

It doesn't matter whether you are a boy or girl, you can't always tell if someone has a crush on you unless you want to spend the rest of your life focusing on that issue. People can be very good at hiding their feelings for various reasons, but mainly fear of rejection.

I believe we should all care. I knew a guy in high school who was dumped by his girlfriend. She had a pretty good reason to dump him. I think she felt hurt, so she protected her own feelings by making a big joke about it in school. The next morning most of us arrived to school to see the coroner leaving with his body. He had hung himself with a bicycle brake cable on the top edge of a batting cage. That is probably an extreme case. It wasn't her fault that he killed himself. But, people seem to be very good at hurting one another. Wouldn't it be nice if we would all just care a little more about one another?

If the girl keeps looking at you and always seeks for a chance to talk to you and to interact with you and if she cannot bear the fact that you are trying to avoid her.I would certainly care for the one who loves us is better than the one whom we love.
