Not normally, but if you body temperature is below normal (like you were outside in January in Alaska and you almost froze to death) a hot shower might stop your heart.

no, just dont stay in there to long your heart will beat fast and you'll want to faint. make sure its not to hott, also.

I dunno, heat causes vasodialation of your vessels so perhaps it could be a problem with someone that has a heart problem already......
