Great Britain got the "Lion's share" of the prizes.
In America, they picked up New France - territory between the Mississippi River and the Appalachian mountains.
Also Canada. And also greater control of India.
Here's a brief list of the trade offs from Wiki's "Treaty of Paris 1763" :
"The British made some substantial overseas gains at the expense of France and, to a lesser extent, Spain. France gave up New France and all of its claims to the territory east of the Mississippi River to Britain. Spain ceded Florida to the British, but later received New Orleans and French Louisiana from France; Manila and Cuba were restored to Spain. France retained Saint Pierre and Miquelon and recovered Guadeloupe, Martinique, and Saint Lucia in exchange for Dominica, Grenada, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, and Tobago going to the British. In India, the French lost out to the British, receiving back its "factories" (trading posts), but agreeing to support the British client governments, as well as returning Sumatra and agreeing not to base troops in Bengal. The British garrison on the Mediterranean island of Minorca was returned to her control, having been captured by the French at the outbreak of hostilities in Europe."
France made out very poorly. Spain did OK. Prussia was lucky to survive at all, having taken on Saxony, France, Austria, Russia, Sweden, and Spain with only financial backing from Britain. Prussia had lost the most men in the fighting - especially against the Russians. Frederick the Great did not feel so great about war after this experience.
It was far too costly. Great Britain was really sitting pretty after this war with minimal losses and substantial gains.

England and Spain. They divvied up France's North American holdings between them; England basically got everything east of the Mississippi, including all of Canada (but not Florida), and Spain got the rest, including the important port of New Orleans. France, meanwhile, was relegated to a few sugar-producing islands in the West Indies and was less prepared to finance the huge war debts they amassed during the fighting.
