It really depends. If you want to be close to that person and they don't mind, then it's okay if you can feel their heartbeat. Now, if that person doesn't want you close or you can feel someone's heartbeat without actually being right by them, then you'd better start running or get some help! LOL

Hmmm. Not really. I would say maybe too INSIDE of a person if you could feel their heart beat.
