Hey Ben T,

We'll see once they get D. Collison and Mike Roll back.

i think if they can play the kind of defense they played in their last several final four runs- they have the experience, depth, and additional offense to do it.

They look good but i wouldn't say unstoppable yet. Here are some factors and things they have to improve on:

1) Free throw shooting. The Bruins have been a bad free throwing team the last couple of years- it almost cost them against Gonzanga in the tourney several years ago and last night they struggled terribly ending up at a bit over 60%. They need to shoot above 75% (especially because so many of their role players get key offensive rebounds but get smacked: ie: Mata, Aboya, Keefe, Mbah a Moute.

2) They need to hit outside shots. Mike Roll will be key. The Bruins looked like they struggled against the zone. D. Collison will be able to help them find some holes but they still have to hit the outside shot. Being such a defensive minded team- they go through periods of time where they have offensive droughts. Against high powered scoring teams like N. Carolina, Memphis, thye need to be able to answer some scores or momentum will kill them. Last night's game could have been totally different if M. State had made a few more shots.

3) Health. They have to stay healthy. Especially Collison, Shipp and Love.

4) Defense- they have to return to playing the same level of D they played the last several March's. Kevin Love should also help tremendously in that capacity.

GO BRUINS!!!

well no team is unstoppable especially in college hoops where anything can happen. but they have the best defense in the nation, and finally filled their biggest need, a scoring threat down low. i see another final 4 appearance for the bruins

Dark Matter, ummmmm... didn't UNC struggle with Davidson? At least MSU was a top ten team, also UNC wasn't dealing with multiple injuries like UCLA was. UNC is very good, but not unstoppable. UCLA is better.
