Parts of songs that just spontaneously pop out in your mind. You've heard the song before, but you just can't remember the darn name for some reason. It just happened to me earlier today. Finally found out it was the main riff to Deep Purple's song "Space Truckin'"!

Darth Maul OS: Yeah, it drives me pretty insane. I have to browse through my playlist and find out the name of the song if I still can't figure it out.

You are definately not alone. It happens to me all the time. The worst is when it's just one part without lyrics so there's no way of tracking the song down. It's so frustrating. Sometimes I find myself scrolling through the hundreds of songs on my ipod trying to find the song stuck in my head, then I realize it's not on my ipod and then it sucks even more.

No. It happens to me constantly. I'll be in English class, then suddenly the Son's chorus of tradition pops into my head. Then I get confused while trying to think of the song, that it suddenly makes it's way into Iron Man. It's really weird.

About a week ago I couldn't concentrate in school because for 3 hours straight I couldn't remember what song was just replaying over and over again in my head.
It ended up being In Fear and Faith by Circa Survive.

I watched a video of the song cyclone in the morning and i had it playing through my head all day, but couldnt recall the name of the song until now

Then sometimes I'm like "What's that song??? I wanna put it on my ipod!" lol
It happens like every couple of minutes then i start singing out loud like right now, I'm singing "Clumsy" by Fergie but then I just started singing "Stronger" by Kanye West but then I switched back to the Fergie song because I'm tired of the Kanye West song lol.

Yeah! I hate it when that happens, cos it only happens in the car, and i have to look it up online when i get home, which can take some time at times.
