Over the years I have made a system where there are no leftovers the next few days. I remove any meat from the carcass and divide it so. 1 Sandwich quality slices, 2 cut the rest into small cubes, 3 make soup from the carcass. I then freeze it all. When I want a sandwich, I make it. The cubes are for croquettes, and the soup goes great on a cold night. LUV

No way sista! I LOVE LOVE LOVE turkey sandwiches. I don't think they can ever get overrated! lol Especially the kind made with the leftover Thanksgiving turkey meat that is thick, tasty, and has almost no fat! YUMMMMMM! So much better than that shaved cr*p that tries to pass itself off as turkey the rest of the year! I'll take as many as I can get 'cuz you really don't get that many out of the leftovers and I'll have to wait a whole 'nother year to get them again!

let see theres Turkey melt,Turkey soup,Turkey and rice,Turkey pot pie and Turkey with Mac n Cheese. Monday comes more stuffing and pumpkin pie.Gobble-Gobble.Happy Thanksgiving-silly ole bear u.

Turkey NEVER gets boring or overrated.
