Serious answer: the negatives are mostly rhetoric. He'll be seen as an average President with both mistakes and achievements. Contrasted to the uber corruption of the likes of U.S. Grant and W.J. Clinton, how could he even be considered?

He is probably the worst to date,Between him and Clinton they have sold us out to Mexico and China in trade and technology, out scourced our jobs, all over the world. created the largest deficit the country has ever had. And through his(Bush) lies created a war that have cost the lives of thousands. We don't only have a bad president but we have a very poor senate and congress. they are allowing the country to be run by lobbyist, to me that should be the first thing that any real leader should put an end to. Oh and don't forget our open borders, and amnesty for illegals immigrants.

Lets see,in recent history, Reagan tried to make ketsup a vegetable for school lunches. Nixon was paranoid. Carter was over his head. Clinton was intelligent but flawed. George Sr. was wimpy. But none could hold a candle to the mistakes and mishaps of our current President. This guy cannot string two sentences together. He appoints yes men or women that are totally incompetent. He is by far by far by far the worst president of my 50 yr life.

Seriously, no ! Obviously you're too young to remember the Clinton years, the Carter years, or the Johnson years, because if you could remember these people as president you would have to agree that they surpassed George Bush as being incompetent and incapable.

He has sealed that honor up in 2003 by going to war under false pretenses. As the deficit continues to grow over a war that should have never been waged, he adds to this pathetic legacy.
Look at his cabinet appointments.
Look at the way he handled Hurricane Katrina Response.
Look at the price of oil, which is hovering around $99 per barrel.
Look at the price of gasoline. It was $1.46 per gallon when Clinton left office 7 years ago, now it is around $3.00 per gallon under George W. Bush.
Yes, George W. Bush is unquestionably the worst President ever!

YES, and the others who answer no , are the very naive folks who put the nit wit in office in the first place. And they are the same who would vote the next nit wit in office , which will have us back in another war.

No questions about it, he's the top of the heap as the worst president in US history. After all he is guilty of treason, lying to congress, deception, murder, et al.

But a Sunday commentary in the Washington Post by Columbia University Professor of History, Eric Foner, brought the point painfully home: "It is impossible to say with certainty how Bush will be ranked in, say, 2050. But somehow, in his first six years in office he has managed to combine the lapses of leadership, misguided policies and abuse of power of his failed predecessors. I think there is no alternative but to rank him as the worst president in U.S. history."
Of course, it is doubly dreadful when you are living in the historical period when the worst president ever IS the president
