Yes...when opportunity knocks pay attention. Deep down I feel that if something good happens....pass it on and if something bad happens maybe you earned it somehow.
Does that make me superstitious?

I'm not sure that everything happens for a reason but I'm certain that everything that happens to an individual is all because of their own doing in some way or another. We all have choices to make and every one that you make affects you one way or the other. Even random acts of violence that have been perpetrated against you are the result of a decision that you made. You went to the store that happened to get robbed or whatever. It is not only bad things that happen in this scenario that is just what I used for an example. I do believe that Karma and fate exist but I still think that it is all tied in with the choices that we make in life.

I don't believe that everything is planned in advance and God says, for this reason, this will happen. I do believe that everything that happens, contributes to making us who we are. With our free will, we decide how we will react to it, how it will causes us to do things in the future. So I guess that is a reason.

Yes.
If you eat an unriped fruit now , youi will get pain in abdomen after 2 to 3 hours.
If you had taken a loan for building yopur house and not repaid you may get a notice auctioning your house may be after 15 years.
Like that every action of yours will be responded by another event. But when? it depends upon the event just as I gave tin the above examples.
Sometimes the response will be immeditae just as an allergic drug gives reaction at once.
Soome of the acts done by us as long as 100 tears back in our previous births may have shown response now.
Hence it can be very ell understood that for every action happening now there is a reason, which sometimesis apparent, andmany a time hidden.
So we hae to be careful in acting now so that we will not create reasons for future troubles..It is like making a foundation now for our future happenings. If we plant good seeds we will get good results and benefits. Other wise all bad seeds will bring in unwanted sapplings.
One should not simply say Karma and be not aware of his duties. KARMA means ACTIONS. Actions done earlier, being done now and to be done in future. Our bad karma will influenceon ouir mind, and to make us get difficulties, makes us do in a vicious thinking and bad deeds. So that we land ourselves in difficulties. Henxce it requires very stiong will and action to come over the PAST KARMA and able to do good deeds.

I would like to believe so. The faith that something does not work out because it is not meant to work out and something occurs because it is meant to occur serves us an excuse from blaming ourselves. We might be luring ourselves into believing that there's a plan laid out for us by a Higher Being - plan that is always greater than what we have for ourselves.
