I think Hulk wins, in every scenario he can counter spiderman

If it is Thanksgiving and in an eating contest, Hulk wins the contest and then falls asleep in a food coma and then Spiderman beats the poop out of a passed out Bruce Banner.

Spiderman.
Regardless if given time Spiderman would find a way to win but in a slugging match even the strength of a spider couldn't defeat the Hulk.

Hulk. Especially if he gets a punch in. Even if Spiderman binds him up with his webbing. Hulk will get it off and Spiderman don't have the power to punch him out.

Hulk from comic books, or Hulk from the movie? Cuz Hulk from the movie was WAYYY more strong than the Hulk from the comic books.
Spiderman is cool, but I won't mind if he dies cuz then his hot little wife will be so distraught and heartbroken at his funeral and i'll be all "oh baby lemme comfort you"

Oooh the Hulk! When he's on one of those rampages... spidey would be crushed. He'd break free of his web just by flexing his muscles.
Oh and of course the distances the hulk can leap is huge! He'd be able to keep up with spidey easy.
