Josh groban- remeber when it rained, february song, awake......he only wrote some ofg his material but he has never ever failed to make m,e cry with it.

john ondrasic (five for fighting)- all his songs have meaning, such diverse subject matter andf always an uplifting messege. he makes you think while giving you chills with his music.

and clay aiken- yeah i know clay only co wrote one song but i have been writing songs since i was nine and i lyrics like the ones he wrote for Lover All Alone are like a holy grail of lyricism-touching without being corny, very candid and honestly sad without ever crossing the line into mushy or whiney and lyrics that were simple and yet not cliche in any way. them man is a poet. can't wait to hear what he comes up with next.

Rachael Yamagata.

She's this completely brilliant indie singer/songwriter. And her songs as a whole are amazing. But she delivers these really poignant, fantastic lines.

"I love you like you'll never feel again.
I love you like a brother and a friend.
I love you with my whole heart until it bends.
I love you like a lover until the end."
