It depends on the time of the year. Most of the time, there is a 2 hour time difference, so it would be 2:59 am. However, on the night when the clocks are set forward (in spring), it would be 3:59 am and on the night when the clocks are set back (in fall), it would be 1:59 am.

It would be 2:59 am. but on the following day.
Ex. Monday 11:59 pm pacific time would be Tuesday 2:59 am eastern time
PT and ET has a three hour time difference.
