If my baby would have been a girl I was wanting to name her
Kayla Marie. I had a boy. My sister-n-law says that if she had a girl she would use the name Kayla Marie. I hope this helps.

It's a very pretty name, but unfortunately names like this (Kayla, Kylie, Haley, etc.) have become very common now.

I teach first grade -- we have several Kayla's and several of my students have siblings named Kayla.

Over-used and baby-ish. Personally. Sorry :P I have a cousin named Kayla (and I love her dearly) but she is so spoiled and bratty (even though she is 22) that I can not help but think of that name as a tempermental little kid. And lately, I seem to hear it in so many little kids (the name). So, that would not make it one of my first choices.

I love it! It's beautiful! You know, one of my good friends is named Kayla-Jane. Pretty huh? Are you thinking of a middle name! If your not, it's fine because Kayla is so pretty and sounds great without a middle name. Overall, it's gorgeous!

A little overused. Cute for a little kid, but not so much for an older woman.
