Idles eraticley, sometimes dies when the throttle is pushed, have drained float bowl, cleaned tank out, and added new fuel line and filter, does the same thing, runs strong as long as youre moving????

the jet needle is dirty.
And it also sounds like the float is not adjusted right.

Check the engine compression.
Adjust the valves.
Perform a "leak down" test to check for valve leakage.
If the engine was worn out, it wouldn't be able to compress the fuel when accelerating, causing the engine to fall flat on power.
Same thing with tight and leaking valves.
It may be able to idle, but when accelerating, the compressed fuel would be forced through the valves before being burned.
