Depends what you're studying but you should show a knowledge of the language Shakespeare used and interpret it in modern language. Remember Shakespeare lived in a time of expanding language where as today, language is shrinking somewhat. Show that you understand the plot and what was meant by the words he used. Add your own opinion but keep it brief as your opinion may not be what the teacher is looking for here. Btw, consider whether it was a romance or a tragedy..Hope this helps you do a kick *** presentation.

Present abit about everything.......what you think about the characters etc and about the plot and what you thought was the best part of the plot and the weakest part of the plot.......that way your putting your opinion into what you thought of the play and the feelings that the play gave out

Good luck :D

Talk about the montague and capulets, two divided households. talk about the main characters from each family, so for the capulets that would be tibalt (the prince of cats)

Also murcutio who ends up getting stabbed by tibalt. You can also present your own opinions based on the play which will get you higher marks.

Talk about important themes in the play, maybe important quotes too. You can talk about the use of language, imagery and metaphors. You should know about these.

Throughout the play, the scenes alternate between "light" and "dark". Check it--it's really cool and is an artifice that works well with the changing moods of the characters.
