dixie normus-i'm not fickle either, it's just a good laugh thinking back to things you did or wore, just being nostalgic and i do cringe at some things, they're funny now. : )

I don't cringe at anything I used to do or wear, I'm not that fickle, it's all part of our past or indeed our present in my case....lol

In the late 70's I wore bell bottom jeans deliberately cut to be ragged all around the bottoms. What on earth was I thinking????

When I was like 12 guys still cut off the bottom half of a t-shirt to show off the abs. I don't even remember if I had abs back then.

When I was younger my mom would dress me and my brother (who is older than me by almost two years) in matching outfits. We have this picture hanging on the wall with me in florescent pink overalls, a huge scrunchy and high-tops and my brother in matching florescent blue ones. I have tried to hide this picture so many times but my mom always finds it.

2 colored socks on each foot... on the Right you have pink and white, then on the Left you have White and then Pink (alternating them of course). All this with a pony tail on top of your head and on the side, just like Paula Abdul.

Yes I am an 80's child!

Oh, yesssss - STIRRUP PANTS!!

But pretty much ANYTHING that my Mom used to dress us in as small children... Little kids have absolutely NO control over what their parents dress them in !!!

My Mom has a picture of me when I was 5 or 6 y.old, and I am wearing a green, yellow and white PLAID suit!!! What the hell was she thinking...?
Or smoking...???

Frosted jeans with the ankles rolled, and the big, boxy neon-colored shirts.

Let's not even get started on the poodle-permed, hairspray-shellacked hair.
