1/2 pound brains...any kind will do..preferably fresh brains though.
3/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
2 beaten egg yolks
1 tbsp minced garlic
1/4 cup milk
mix together, mold into small rounds and fry until done through...good luck and happy eating

Why, yes, of course....here it is:
1 pound ground or mashed brain
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup milk
1 cup freshly grated parmigiano-reggiano cheese
2 eggs, lightly beaten,
2 cups fine dried breadcrumbs
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and form into balls. Bake at 400* for 20 minutes, turning halfway. Serve with a cream or pasta sauce over noodles.

2 cups brain (human or pork)
saute in 3 tsp wesson oil and 3/4 tsp of chopped garlic and 1/2 tsp onions
until you hear the screams,
add a heaping helping of white rice
put one scoop of brains
*and yummmmmm !
