Well, if I were to choose between those three I would go for Berlin though if you wish to spend your NYE some place warmer I would go for Barcelona. If you consider going to some other place too I would reccomend Krakow ( Poland)- there's lots of fun there and if you travel alone there's also lots of people you can hang out with. If you're up for the club you will probably find some even on the Dec 31st,if not you can hang out at the main square - there's a big crowd there and a huge concert and everyone's having a blast -for sure!
Berlin on the other hand is in my opinion one of the coolest capitals of Europe so why not spend the NYE there? :) Have a great one anywhere you go :)!

if you really want to party then Barcelona is the place to be. The weather won't be so cold like Berlin and the streets are full if people. You also haven't got the usual thing of having to get tickets for bars etc as it's got that laid back latin thing. I would book your accommodation soon though and I've used these guys before. http://www.holiday-velvet.com/barcelona or there are plenty of other hotel sites around.

How about Haiti? They have a party culture, and it's cheap.
