I have a 1993 Audi 90s. The blower fan for the heater, defroster, AC, etc does not blow. There are three speeds. Speeds 1 and 2 nothing happens. On speed 3 I hear a humming noise that sounds like it is coming from behind the glove box. I have checked every fuse (I pulled and inspected every single one) and did not find any bad fuses. Anyone know what the problem might be??

Yep. I had the same thing happen. The blower motor is right behind the glove box. The fan part is a coffee can shaped plastic part that is factory attached to the shaft from the blower motor. The fan could be stripped or the motor could be bad.
You most likely can release the glove box drawer and get at the motor. Shop aroudnd for this repair. Aftermarket parts can be much cheaper.
There is also a resitor that lowers the electircal flow for settings below full speed. That is why some cases the fan will work on full speed, but nothing else.
