Thornberry Family Casserole
Line a baking dish with fishsticks,
add a layer of peanut butter
then a layer of liverwurst
arrange pork rinds on top
then sprinkle some shredded gruyere cheese
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Top with fresh scallions and whipped cream.
Serve promptly.

There is a mock Reuben Sandwich made with fish sticks. I found it to be quite tasty. Prepare the fish as directed. Use Thousand Island Dressing on rye bread, be careful not to soak it. put your fish sticks in,Swiss cheese and sauerkraut..Oh I think you put butter on the outside and grill it...cannot exactly remember but it was good. You can experiment until you get the combination you want. Mmm

Try this for an appetizer...Cook as directions indicate...After turning 5 minutes into cooking top with whatever cheese you have on hand...continue for another 5 minutes...take out cool for 2 minutes...and serve as a chic French Dish.....Le Cheesey Fish Sticks....
