Out of all of the systems, the PS3 is my favorite of course because I own one.
Here are my ratings for a few consoles:
PS3: 10
PS2: 10
Xbox 360: 5 (If the Xbox 360 didn't have the Red Ring of Death problem I would give it an 8)
PSP: 8
Wii: 9

They are all good. Example:
The Xbox 360, so far is the best selling. (Though I do no care for it, but I do own one) It came from the Xbox, which the main idea was graphics, which came from the PS2, of the PS1, trying to compete with the N64, that the N64 competed with Sega Genesis.
As you can see, each console is trying to make the next one even better. SO each console predecessor, is only there to improve the next one.
I give all systems a 10.
