Hey,
The big thing is to contact as many school as possible. Go to their websites and go to football athletics, there you can complete the questionaires or complete the recruite application. This will get you information to the coach and is your stats is something you like, they will contact you. Do this as soon as possible, the deadline for scholarships is coming soon.
Don't let anyone discourage you, make sure you keep trying and do all that you can. Also have your coach make tapes of your games, they have copies. You may have to purchase the tapes. I have seen some kids with stats and grades lower then yours get scholarships.
You may not start off where you want to, but you can change later when you are better.

Speaking from experience your best chances of getting a scholarship is to have your high school football coach send out film of you to several colleges. If you get any interests they will contact your coach. I think you'll find that even at a junior college level, your size and speed are about average at best.

I coached hs football for 30 years. I'm sorry to say, but there are lots and lots of hs running backs out there with the same resume that you have. Let me tell you a story. My son, was a good hs LB. 5-11 195lbs. 4.8 forty time. Could run to the ball well, and started as a sophomore. Became #8 in all time career tackles at our hs. After he graduated, people asked me how many scholarships he got, and which school is he going to go to. I laughed. I told them he got zero offers and is going to go to school and study criminal justice and play baseball. He was selected to the "Big 33" game in our state (Pennsylvania) to play LB. Do you know who one of the starting LBs was in the Big 33 game that year? LaVar Arrington. Now that was a LB. He was just an animal. 6-4 235lbs. 4.4 forty time. He got a scholarship to Penn State and played pro ball for the Redskins. See the difference. There weren't a lot of LaVar Arringtons out there, especially with his athletic ability, speed and size. There were a lot of "my sons" out there though. Good hs football players, but too small and slow to get a scholarship. If I were you, I would go to a school where I knew I could play early, with or without a scholarship, because, I'm telling you, I don't think you're going to get one. Sorry, but that's my experience after 30 years of coaching some good football players in Pennsylvania. Just to give you an idea of the kind of kids we had: Kerry Collins, QB, PSU, Carolina Panthers, New York Giants (Super Bowl), Oakland Raiders, Tennessee Titans. John Gilmore, TE, PSU, backup TE for the Chicago Bears. Chad Henne, QB, Univ. of Michigan. They were all exceptional players from Wilson HS in West Lawn, PA. And we had some other really, really good kids that did get a Div I scholarship, but not too many. Most of our good kids, ended up at Div II schools and a couple did scholarships, but not many. So with all that in mind, Good luck to you and happy holidays.

Yes, it is possible for girls to play college football. Since 2010, there have been 5 girls that got recruited to play college football. During the 2010-2011 academic year, Ashley Flinn and Alana Gaither got recruited to play college football. This past academic year (2011-2012), Brianna Amat, Carly Gregory, and Andrea Marsh were recruited by college football programs. On Wednesday, February 6, 2013, Erin DiMeglio will likely make history, and become the first female quarterback to sign a Letter of Intent to play for a college football program. By the way, your chances of playing college football depend on your performance in football during your senior year of high school. If you perform very well in football during your senior year of high school, you will greatly improve your chances of getting recruited to play for a college football program.
