For a cotton shirt:
1. soak it in hair conditioner (use Suave or something cheap) Use quite a bit of conditioner in a sink, about 1 part conditioner to 20 parts water.
2. Hang to dry.
3. White it's still damp iron it and try to stretch it as you iron.
For washable pants:
1. get a pants stretcher http://www.amazon.com/ezstretcher-Waistband-Pant-Skirt-Stretcher/dp/B000NF3CJI/ref=pd_bbs_sr_1?ie=UTF8&s=apparel&qid=1195702968&sr=8-1. They really work!
2. You can try stretching the pants over the back of a kitchen chair. (Doesn't work as well as the pants stretcher)

if it's a type of sweater,or a dress shirt you're out of luck. if it's jeans or pants, just rewash it and hang it to dry. that should work
