Depends on your vertical leaping ability. Of course you get more leverage when you jump off two feet. With one leg, you kinda need to glide to the basket a la James Worthy and unless you can suspend yourself in mid-air, it's a bit harder to do. As to your second querry, if you're right handed, you take off your left leg and vice-versa.

well typically, most people get the most momentum when you jump off one foot to go up for a dunk.it really depends on how tall you are, and what vertical u have. for instance, i'm 5' 7 1/2-5'8, and when i run and jump off one foot, i can touch the rim. if i try to touch the rim using both feet to jump, i'm short about 2 inches of the rim. and for which foot to jump from, it depends on what ball u carry your hand in. for example, if u have the ball in your right hand, you want to jump off the opposite foot as the hand that the ball is in. so if you have the ball in your right hand, u want to jump off your left foot. and if you have the ball in your left hand, jump off the right foot.

hope this helps.

You should jump off the foot opposite the way you use your hand. if you're a righty, jump off your left foot. If you're a lefty, you should jump off you're right foot.

I find that jumping with two feet makes you jump slightly higher.
