Just when shes not looking put your portion into the microwave and cook it longer. If she asks say you wanted it hot. Or you can bring up a conversation and tell her that the FDA has realeasted the recomondations for the internal temperature on the turkey to be 165 degrees.. There was a story on Yahoo about this..

Some people think food is under cooked when it is cooked. It is the temp inside of the meat that is important which normally you can not tell by looking at the meat.
Some people believe that the meat HAS to be dried out for it to be fully cooked, I hate to say it, you ARE wrong!

You could volunteer to cook it yourself. You could volunteer to help. you could suggest something to eat other than turkey. Or you could get or pretend to get sick and not come. You could also buy a different meat to go with the turkey. You should not just say your not hungry because that could hurt her feelings. These are just a few things you could do, i am not intending all of them to be used.

Don't take the chance of eating it just to be polite. Eat everything else but the turkey. Tell her you like meat to be cooked longer before you can eat it, especially fowl. If she is offended by this, so be it.

Put your slice of turkey in the microwave and cook it til it's done so you don't catch salmonella and get sick.
If she questions you, then you need to be couragious enough to tell her the truth.
Or you could bring some Tofurkey to her house and tell her that you are becoming vegetarian. lol
