Males are born with the ability to produce male sperm.Kinda like females are born with their eggs. It is not until they hit puberty that they have the ability to produce female sperm. So as soon as they can produce semen, they can produce a baby! It is actually proven that males have a higher amount of male sperm unitl they are fully mature.

What an interesting question. Its an easy answer for girls. We are born with all the eggs we'll EVER have, but don't start releasing them until after our first menstrual period. Boys? I guess when ever they are able to physically pleasure themselves (maybe around puberty), then semen will be present in the ejaculation. That's just a guess though. I don't know for sure. Good question!

I know of a case history in which the boy was 5 years

Physiologically, probably 13.

Somebody would be violating a whole lot of laws for it to happen.

Its not clear to me that anyone is ever really mentally prepared to have a baby - but certainly not before 18 or 19.

depends on the boy

usually it begins with sexual maturity- that is usually around 9-12 or 13

some boys and girls can be sexually precocious- i.e they sexually mature at 4 or 5

when i was working (this was when i was in Highschool) at this university hall- i opened up a medical txxtbook and saw this 5 year old girl with breasts and she was naked on a chair- i thought it was disgusting how they'd make her do that coz of her medical condition, but i guess medical students need to know this stuff

so at 4 or 5 she had developed the capacity to reproduce- im guessing guys can be the same - sexually precocious- check it out... i dont feel the need to atm.

They would have to go through puberty to be able to produce
sperm, so I would say usually 13 or so, but some are earlier,
so I'd say between 11-14, on average.
