I sometimes think the best way to spice things up is to be more romantic with each other again and "get to know each other again". Make time for romantic dates, long sensual messages, bubble baths together, shower together, spend all day Sunday in bed together. Do all the things you did when you first started dating (or married, which ever the case). Sometimes we get in a rut too. It will pass, you'll just need to find what works for you two as a couple to work it out. Others have given some great advice too! Good Luck Miss Rachel :)

How about living out a fantasy you both may have.....{dressing up like something sexy} Like a nurse & patient......anything you may think is sexy.......or how about introducing toys & massage oils or whipped cream, chocolate sauce...Good luck :)
