The depth of life's mysteries are endless, God gives me no
more knowledge then I can handle or need, When I am in need God meets me where I am.

I'm the type who thinks a lot... I don't pretend to understand it all. Although, the more we pursue a thought and the further it'll take us! While it opens our minds and will bring many other thoughts in the same chain. Since "all" possibilities are there, every thing is possible! Why not try and solve what is still unknown but we, eventually, might find any explanation that's in the end a reality; maybe hidden now, yet will be unveiled another time. It would be too easy to step back and let all we don't know be a "mystery"? Put our head in the sand? We must use our intelligence, our heart, learn more and more... i.e. before we went to the Moon, we didn't know what the Earth looked like from there? Before we fell in love, we didn't know how it felt? etc...

I do not try to find Answers, of the Mysteries of the World, I would like to find out, as I go through Life. I do not think God would give us that knowledge, for the Answers, he would rather we look for a way to find out by ourselves.

When we are young we have that kind of enthusiasm. Everything around us is a mystery. We promise ourselves that one day We will unravel all and have the ultimate knowledge (as if the previous generations were fools!). But as the time passes and we age we acquire the wisdom that the world is such an immense mystery that one lifetime is not enough and everyone around us is equally mystified.....we continue to seek answers till our last breath. Who knows we may get all the answers once we pass over to the other side? Who knows???
And yes, whenever I am truly clueless, absolutely stumped, totally in dark I turn to God and ask him to show me the way. Sometimes He obliges, sometimes He's too busy obliging others...

Hi Rena, for me I think if it's a mystery then we are not meant to know the answers, some mysteries have been a mystery since the beginning so no one is going to find the answer and maybe it's best kept that way, for instance God, it's best left a mystery because in today's world it would be devastating to know the truth either way. I guess for me I just stick to what I do know and I don't really go out of my way for the truth or answers, that's best left to the professionals, and that I am not LOL. Happy Thanksgiving everyone :)

No Rena, I do not want to know all the mysteries of the world, nor do I believe I could comprehend them as many as there are. I believe God will give me abundant knowledge when I meet him. Knowing all in life is a mystery and there isn't a person alive that has gained it by the grace of God. I can wait . . . . . remember, patience is a virtue!

I ask God for the wisdom to find the answers to the mysteries of the world...
That's my logic/faith dichotomy.
I think He gave us a brain for a reason. God helps those who help themselves...
Peace

Hi Rena, I follow the lord`s teachings to gain the humble ways, to achieve God `s plan and to become enlightened in the true ways. To gain knowledge and understanding of the right path. To act accordingly too.

all the answers I've needed thus far have come from the Bible.
what to do when you feel your spouse doesn't like you anymore? keep trying by exercising love through sacrifice and don't demand answers.
What to do when the death of a loved one leaves you cold and naked vulnerable in the eyes of the world? Cling to the LOVE that never fails or dies... God.
see my point?

All the mysteries I care to find answer for are in my immediate family and community for the substance of my experience of them composes my phenomenal self. But not all that I know for my self is all that is there, all is not revealed to me and I know this intuitively. Empiricism is able only to demonstrate in a mediated way that some of the formative forces are undetectable in the normal five senses, but my intuition yields a surplus for which my five senses provide no explanation.
