I am truly thankful for my life. I am so happy to be in this world and to have such amazing family members and true friends. I am thankful for the town I live in, and the home I wake up in every single day. I am thankful for the generous food I am given, the support I recieve, and all the love that is given to me. I am also thankful for my childhood and the numerous memories and great times I had back then. It will always be remembered. I am thankful for everything good that has been given to me, and all the smiles and laughs that lie upon my face. Although life may get tough and you are faced with hard situations or confusion, you always have something good to lean back on.

Happy Thanksgiving! Remember what it's celebrated for!

I am truly thankful for my mom's recent knee replacement surgery. For as long as I can remember; she has been crippled with severe pain in her knees. She got a knee replaced 12 years ago on her left knee and then the right knee began to wear out and cause her pain. It seems like forever seeing her grimace in pain and try to walk with the aid of a walker or cane. This Thanksgiving, she is walking without pain. She only had the surgery in October, and still needs a walker (orthopedic surgeon's order); but, no more pain. I am absolutely thrilled for her and so very thankful that the knee replacement was a success! By the way, my mom is 77 years young..

That I have friends and family and I have a home and utilities which alot of homeless people do not. I am not rich by any means but I keep warm and have a home and food to eat. I am thanksful for my health. I am thankful I am not blind and thankful I am not crippled. We all have so much to be thankful for. Not only on Thanksgiving Day but every morning when we open our eyes before our feet hit the floor. Thankful for God being and working in my life that I may help others that are less fortunate. I am a caregiver.

I'm having a hard time answering that question right now...frustrated about a lot of things. But since you & I both need it, here goes:

I am thankful that I still have my parents in my life.
I am thankful that all of my loved ones are healthy.
I am thankful that my daughter has found a man who truly loves her.
I am thankful that I have a decent paying job, and that I have a great boss and even better coworkers.
I am thankful that I have a husband I can rely on (even when I'm mad at him).
I am thankful for times like these, when I'm feeling ungrateful, so that when better times come around, I can truly appreciate them.
I'm thankful for questions like these that can remind me of the important things in life.

Man, I feel better already! Thanks!

I'm thankful for the fact that I finally have the family I have always wanted. I had a very hard childhood and was not use to getting hugs, presents or anything that really matter.. recently I found my family. And I am truly thankful for them.

I am thankful for my family that loves me no matter what, my friends. I'm thankful for the love of my life, because ours is the rarest kind of pure love. I'm thankful for his family and that they like me. I'm thankful I am able to work overtime, and have a job. MY health, the health of my parents and friends and all that I'm close to.

I'm Thankful I got to spend time with my dying friend and say goodbye before she passed away from cancer in August.

Be thankful for the big things in life.

Like:
- the wind.
- fruits.
- trees.
- the lakes and rain.
- the sand on the beaches.

A kid in Africa would value these and be thankful for this. So why can't we be just as thankful?
Those are actually the major things in life to be thankful for because without them you cannot live. We can live without a fancy car and a huge home above our heads.

If you want a good idea on what to be thankful for..
read the poem called:
"An African elegy"

I am thankful for my faith and knowledge of Jesus and what he has done for me.

My family that loves me and raised me properly.

My friends that support me and will love me no matter what I do.

My house and that we are blessed financially.

The plentiful food and water that we have and that we will never have to go hungry.

The earth that we live on and are blessed to have. Its nature, and all the animals and people on it.

Technology, such as computers, cell phones, and tvs that make our lives easier and more enjoyable.

All of the sensible people who care and love others and make our world a better place to live.
