I'm baking pies. I'm also cooking the whole damn dinner. Turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, stuffed mushrooms, boiled onions,cranberry bread (done) pumpkin bread(done) and butternut sguash. I'm so tired :( I have the potatoes and squash all washed peeled and cut up in cold water. I'm getting there. I hope you have a great thanksgiving and that goes to anyone who reads this!!

I am not trans, but I can't think of anything worse than calling someone "it". Just horrible, truly. Even accidentally calling someone by their former pronouns, or assuming [the wrong] pronouns based on appearance is so much better than using "it" on purpose, to me. I don't mind the use of "s/he", since I occasionally see trans people themselves using it in writing (though I do dislike people using it in speaking a la "heshe"). I do have a question, though- when you're talking about someone you don't know personally (and therefore can't ask about their preferred pronoun), but know that they don't identify as male or female, but as genderqueer, what pronouns should I use? There's a performance artist I love (genetically female) who identifies as such, and I'm not sure if I should use "ze". Any suggestions?

well my mom baked so far a turkey,pie,cookies,mashpotatoes all of that stuff and my brother has baked a cheese cake. i don't really know what i will bake haha ~
