Ethel Walker in CT & Stoneleigh Burnham in MASS are REALLY good girls schools who compete in all venues & do really well. Both have a huge selection of horses to ride, cross country courses, multiple rings etc and allow you to bring your own horse. There's also a grils school in Alleghany PA but I don't remember the name of it (I went to summer camp there years ago)

Are you in the United States, or in Britain or Ireland? The reason I ask is because all of the schools you have named sound as though they are located in Europe or in the UK somewhere. If you are looking for schools in the US, then I can name a few of them for you. The first few that come to mind are the Andrews School in Willoughby, Ohio ( near Cleveland, on the shore of lake Erie), the Stoneleigh-Burnham School in CT, the Ethel Walker School for girls, also in CT, and the Madiera school in Virginia, outside of Washington DC. If you are perhaps interested in something like a military type school, there are other possibilities. These include the Valley Forge military academy and junior college, in Valley Forge, PA, the Culver Military Academy in Culver, Indiana ( this is the home of the famous Black Horse Troup which appears in parades, such as the Rose Parade each January) and the Foxcroft school in Massachussetts.
Every school I have named has a strong equestrian focus- and in the case of Culver, that's pretty much all they do as far as sports go. Most of the schools are girls' schools, though there are a few, such as Culver, Stoneleigh Burnham, and Valley Forge, which are co-ed.
I hope this helps.

Don't consider Ojai Valley School despite the fact they have challenging college prep classes and a riding program. Their faculty culture is bizarre and highly political
The best prep school with an equestrian program is The Thacher School. It is considered to be the best prep school west of the Mississippi. All faculty and students (even townies) live on campus, so it has a true academic atmosphere where the students and faculty are very close and work cooperatively.

you will possibly no longer even might desire to look at inner maximum faculties. specific states/districts grant equestrian communities or golf equipment. In Oregon, they have OHSET (Oregon severe college Equestrian communities) the place the communities are golf equipment, for this reason the college isn't to blame or responsible. All it takes is a few workplace work and a man or woman keen to steer the group. they supply all style of activities: hunt-seat on the flat and over fences, dressage, western excitement, saddleseat, and fairly some western gaming activities. maximum activities are equitation based and you may might desire to coach outdoors of the club, besides the incontrovertible fact that it relatively is an selection. better of success!

Go to the library and check out the book Horse School they have a list of them such as Dana and i think Ashville and a couple others. But after checking into them it seems that most charge quiet a bit extra for the horse classes and of course extra for board. My daughter decided she could get more out of taking extra lessons herself then going to a school that has it.
