If you're in good health, have fulfilling relationships, a job that's your passion, and enough money to have and do most of the things you want, life is not overrated. But I doubt most of the world's people fall in this category. So, for most people, life probably IS overrated. It certainly is for me.

If anything it is under-rated. People never appreciate what they have and there aren't enough people living life to the fullest. Life is the greatest thing that will ever happen to you. Every happy moment you've experienced is because of life. Life has it's down moments too. But if we never felt happy to begin with, feeling sad wouldn't seem so awful, you know? If we never had life, who would be upset when a life ended? Life is a gift and it is what you make it.
