I have downloaded a zip folder, then I found out that a password was needed to use the contents of the folder. Not wanting to bother getting the password, I decided that I was going to delete it. So, when I tried to delete it, it said that it was being use by another person or program. I have tried closing everything, yet it still says the same thing. Is there a way to delete it/

whilst extracting information from a zipper folder you're literally taking the contents and making usable information on your laptop. At this element the uncompressed information (those that have been taken from the zip document) are on your complicatedchronic. whether or no longer you keep the zip document has no pertaining to whether or no longer they are in a position for use. After extracting information you are able to delete a zipper document at any time.

It may be the zip file itself.

Try to turn-off your computer and then reboot it and then directly go to delete that zip file.

If not work, there may be a virus in that zip file. Do a scanning on that file with anti-virus. For the worst case, you need to use the system recovery disc of the anti-virus to reboot your machine and then delete that zip file.
