do they ever actually mean the ''i think you're attractive'' part?
or is this just a way of cushioning the blow, instead of saying ''i don't think your attractive, thats why im not interested in you, nothing to do with types..''
have you ever said this to someone and actually meant it? Do you think people generally do?

Nah because they are some guys I think are attractive it's just their personality is a little not for me.
If I don't think they're attractive, then I tell them too. I say sorry as well... but it's just my opinion and I can't help that.
Sometimes, I do feel bad... and sometimes I don't. It's just life.
I bet there are people who do that because they can't handle letting the other person know the truth and feel bad about it.

Depends. It can go both ways.
There are a lot of attractive people to whom I am not attracted to. In other words, the chemistry is not there.
Don't dwell on it for too long. Just move on.

Generally no they dont however there are exceptions eg, can find someone good to the eye but not attracted to their personality and vice versa.

Those are those "delusional" comments from people filled with insecurities and low self esteem trying to play "catch me if you can". I can't stand those individuals who try to confuse everyone else while they live in a limbo !
If something is to be said, then why not saying it like it really is ???

I have never said this to someone,i guess it is possible I have seen people that were attractive but i didn't want to date them.It is really hard to say.

thats all i ever hear...i think its crushing the blow b/c not many guys really like me...they like the pretty dumb popular chicks and personality doesnt matter to some guys...i couldnt say it to anyone b/c no one was ever interested in me.. :((

i've never said that. i only say compliments to ppl. ppl are so weird, it depends on who is saying it. it could be a really crappy person, who just slept w/ someone, and wants to let them down easy. i don't know. been outta the game a while.

i onlee thenk about four people alive are attractive. the rest cent be ugly, im jus' not attracted to them ♥ i cent judge the hearts of others when they say that, but if i sed it i wud mean it
