Does anyone remember a manager called Brian Clough. ? He managed to build a team of players who were virtually unknown , molded them into a top class team that won the European cup. The team Nottingham Forest. We need another manager like him. Sack all these overpaid so called stars and start from scratch. There are players out there that could do the job a lot better than the present Bentley owners.

It is a terrrible thing for the UK not to be represented but that's life.
I would like to see more home grown players playing top quality football, I really feel that the influx of foreign players is not helping the game in any way.
We need to nurture young players, give them scholarships and spend money on them at school level.

Throw the whole English team away ans start afresh. Hire Mourinho. He will do the necesary business.
Britain are in the enviable position to have THREE chances in major tournaments ( the so-called 'home nations' - that is a contradiction in terms... THREE HOME NATIONS ? ). All other countries have only ONE.

Don't think Scotland are mate. We might not have got through, but we fought a damn good campaign trying to qualify. Can England say the same?

Totally agree, now would be a good time to resurrect the home internationals, that way we could help each other develop our games. Lets face it - we need to
