i read listen to lecture,and it feels like the more i know the more i analize my self.is it realy danguase to do that and how is it.and it said that i suffer from server depressions or hopelessness,what do i do and i dont whant drugs.

I also am a psych student and it has been reccommended to us that if we have any underlying issues that we should seek counseling now. My teachers have warned that some subjects will bring up issues in everyone. It can drive you crazy in a way. I just try to look at it objectively, however, if you have issues you need to deal with, now is the best time. Most colleges offer free counseling services. Check with a professor that you trust or your advisor.

yes ,it's not good for most people to know too much , we are all born with a defence system , that protects us from , noticing the fact that we're all skunks , allowing us all to go running around yelling " You stink, You stink, You stink, ! " without having to feel bad about ourselves, That having been said , this Question stinks,.

Yes it can for the reasons you have mentioned. You need to talk to someone immediately. Even if you don't want medication, you may need it.

The objective is not to analyze yourself, it is to analyze others. If you start analyzing yourself, you are going to drive yourself nuts.
