Absolutely not. Wait until you wake up in the morning. Take the rest of the evening to really get it out of your system. Go crazy!!! There's nothing like getting a fresh start in the morning.
However, if it has been a while, and you feel you need the practice, you may want to stop about hour before bedtime.
