Halos have em now, go on the Xbox forum, they have threads dedicated to this and they are very up to date. And just to let you know 65nm CPU doesn't do anything to cool the overheating 90nm GPU. So buy it if you want but it shouldn't be any better (on paper anyway)

Now, it's out now!

As soon as the old stock clears, all Xbox 360s will be Falcons.
