Empathy, even though we may not be able to help or not feel like helping. Even that does wonders for the suffering. And having a desire to see good in everyone or every situation. It's akin to spirituality, not the religious kind. This kind brings to you peace of mind when you know that your feelings are not entirely buried. That despite the situation you are in, you are good.

To have a clean mind and spirit means that you are morally righteous.
In my opinion, this means you aren't some person that thinks lewd thoughts about your male or female co-worker and to have a clean spirit means that you are sinless.
It depends on what you believe in.

you are in a relaxing stage, no worries but have problems. Normally people do have problems its a matter of how you handle it if you don't worry about your problem you have a clean mind and spirit

When you can look objectively at all things and move beyond all subjectivity.
I.e. look at a forest for it's beauty, not only it's wood. Look at a bird for it's grace, not it's only meat. But still acknowledge that both have the other quality.

I think it means to let it all go, to release any hate, anger, all emotion and to relax and start all over.... to be free of any emotion...
I'm going to check back to see what others say and how they say it, but I think that's what it means...

Generally speaking it means that you are "pure". You don't have immoral thoughts, intentions, or feelings.
