Ok i know i've seen these before where a scarf has like a hole to put your hands through and such, does anybody know of a pattern or what this type of scarf is called?

I am not sure directly what you are talking about, as i have not seen them. but there are "key hole" scarves that have a hole to loop its self back through.
If you are talking about like a scarf for your hands.. like a tube with a hole at each end for a hand. that is called a muffler or muff.
