Regardless if US will declare bankruptcy or not, US is already bankrupt and not only financially, but morally and mentally as well.

Nope. The US treasury is worth hundreds of trillions of dollars and considering the government is not a business or an individual i dont think it could file any form of bankruptcy. Also the government is always getting some form of revenue so it can never go bankrupt in Essenes. Certain departments can become inactive because of a lack of funds but the entire government can never go bankrupt.

I don't know... but in Bankruptcy, you forfeit your assets to pay your creditors. That wouldn't be good.
Maybe, if the national debt is in dollars, we can issue more dollars, devalue the currency and pay the debt.

Yes and if they would every thing you own worth value would belong to the bank and the phony dollar would be worthless, stock and bonds also.
