Have some friends over. Go to the library and take out some free DVD's. As you watch, serve soda or juice w/chips and dips. The next day, take a walk with friends around your neighborhood. Look at the houses and the improvements made. Maybe do some jogging. Come home and play some video or board games. Serve something healthy, like fruit you've cut up yourself into a salad. Have fun!!

go to the park or beach and have a picnic, bring a frisbee or soccer ball, have fun with friends and enjoy the scenery. you can get munchies for under $20 plus pay for any park fees. you can also go to a trade show or some conventions pretty cheaply like a food and wine festival or a home show. Lastly a minor league sporting event like baseball or hockey

As long as you don't drive and SUV or something crappy like that you should be fine as far as driving around to nearby places. Meet up with friends somewhere and have a good time. If you go to a bar, try to be the designated driver though.
